Once order is placed and message/name details are received, a proof will be forwarded to you via email for approval prior to creating - please keep an eye on your inbox and junk folder as sometimes the email will go to junk. Delaying the artwork approval will mean delaying the creation and posting of your order. 

If no response is received from you within 3 days of the art proof being sent then your order will be completed (or canceled if I am REALLY unclear on what you want) with the details that you have supplied - no changes can be made to the design after this point.
