At Wood & Weave, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and many of our products are custom-made or personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we have the following returns policy in place.
Custom & Personalised Items
As most items are customised or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please ensure all spelling, dates, and customisation details are correct before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
To request a replacement, please:

Include clear photos of the fault or damage
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement of the same item as soon as possible.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
